Surah Al-Buruj (The Constellations), Verse 13

اِنَّهٗ هُوَ یُبْدِئُ وَیُعِیْدُ ۟

Innahoo Huwa yubdi'u wa yu'eed

“It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life).”
