Surah At-Taubah (The Repentance), Verse 108

لَا تَقُمْ فِیْهِ اَبَدًا لَمَسْجِدٌ اُسِّسَ عَلَی التَّقْوٰی مِنْ اَوَّلِ یَوْمٍ اَحَقُّ اَنْ تَقُوْمَ فِیْهِ فِیْهِ رِجَالٌ یُّحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ یَّتَطَهَّرُوْا وَاللّٰهُ یُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِیْنَ ۟

Laa taqum feehi abadaa; lamasjidun ussisa 'alat taqwaa min awwali yawmin ahaqqu 'an taqooma feeh; feehi rijaaluny yuhibbona 'any yata tah haroo; wallaahu yuhibbul muttah hireen

Never stand thou forth therein. There is a mosque whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety; it is more worthy of the standing forth (for prayer) therein. In it are men who love to be purified; and Allah loveth those who make themselves pure.
