Surah At-Taubah (The Repentance), Verse 44

لَا یَسْتَاْذِنُكَ الَّذِیْنَ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْیَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ اَنْ یُّجَاهِدُوْا بِاَمْوَالِهِمْ وَاَنْفُسِهِمْ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِیْمٌۢ بِالْمُتَّقِیْنَ ۟

Laa yastaazinukal lazeena yu'minoona billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri ai yujaa hidoo bi amwaalihim wa anfusihim; wallaahu 'aleemum bilmut taqeen

“Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask thee for no exemption from fighting with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty.”
