Surah At-Taubah (The Repentance), Verse 50

اِنْ تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ وَاِنْ تُصِبْكَ مُصِیْبَةٌ یَّقُوْلُوْا قَدْ اَخَذْنَاۤ اَمْرَنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَیَتَوَلَّوْا وَّهُمْ فَرِحُوْنَ ۟

in tusibka hasanatun tasu'hum; wa in tusibka museebatuny yaqooloo qad akhaznaaa amranaa min qablu wa yatawallaw wa hum farihoon

“If good befalls thee, it grieves them; but if a misfortune befalls thee, they say, "We took indeed our precautions beforehand," and they turn away rejoicing.”
