Surah At-Taubah (The Repentance), Verse 67

اَلْمُنٰفِقُوْنَ وَالْمُنٰفِقٰتُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِّنْ بَعْضٍ یَاْمُرُوْنَ بِالْمُنْكَرِ وَیَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمَعْرُوْفِ وَیَقْبِضُوْنَ اَیْدِیَهُمْ نَسُوا اللّٰهَ فَنَسِیَهُمْ اِنَّ الْمُنٰفِقِیْنَ هُمُ الْفٰسِقُوْنَ ۟

Almunaafiqoona wal munaafiqaatu ba'duhum mim ba'd; yaamuroona bilmunkari wa yanhawna 'anil ma'roofi wa yaqbidoona aidiyahum; nasul laaha fanasiyahum; innal munaafiqeena humul faasiqoon

“The Hypocrites, men and women, (have an understanding) with each other: They enjoin evil, and forbid what is just, and are close with their hands. They have forgotten Allah; so He hath forgotten them. Verily the Hypocrites are rebellious and perverse.”
