Surah Al-Nahl (The Bees), Verse 101

وَاِذَا بَدَّلْنَاۤ اٰیَةً مَّكَانَ اٰیَةٍ وَّاللّٰهُ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا یُنَزِّلُ قَالُوْۤا اِنَّمَاۤ اَنْتَ مُفْتَرٍ بَلْ اَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ ۟

Wa izaa baddalnaaa Aayatam makaana Aayatinw wal laahu a'lamu bimaa yunazzilu qaalooo innamaa anta muftar; bal aksaruhum laa ya'lamoon

“When We substitute one revelation for another,- and Allah knows best what He reveals (in stages),- they say, "Thou art but a forger": but most of them understand not.”
