Surah Fusilat (The Verses Prefectly Explained), Verse 26

وَقَالَ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَا تَسْمَعُوْا لِهٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنِ وَالْغَوْا فِیْهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَغْلِبُوْنَ ۟

Wa qaalal lazeena kafaroo laa tasma'oo lihaazal Quraani walghaw feehi la'allakum taghliboon

“The Unbelievers say: "Listen not to this Qur'an, but talk at random in the midst of its (reading), that ye may gain the upper hand!"”
