Surah Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), Verse 39

وَقَاتِلُوْهُمْ حَتّٰی لَا تَكُوْنَ فِتْنَةٌ وَّیَكُوْنَ الدِّیْنُ كُلُّهٗ لِلّٰهِ فَاِنِ انْتَهَوْا فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِمَا یَعْمَلُوْنَ بَصِیْرٌ ۟

Wa qaatiloohum hattaa laa takoona fitnatunw wa yakoonaddeenu kulluhoo lillaah; fainin tahaw fa innallaaha bimaa ya'maloona Baseer

“And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do.”
