Surah At-Taubah (The Repentance), Verse 113

مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِیِّ وَالَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اَنْ یَّسْتَغْفِرُوْا لِلْمُشْرِكِیْنَ وَلَوْ كَانُوْۤا اُولِیْ قُرْبٰی مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَیَّنَ لَهُمْ اَنَّهُمْ اَصْحٰبُ الْجَحِیْمِ ۟

Maa kaana lin nabiyyi wallazeena aamanooo 'any yastaghfiroo lil mushrikeena wa law kaanoo ulee qurbaa min ba'di maa tabiyana lahum annahum Ashaabul jaheem

“It is not fitting, for the Prophet and those who believe, that they should pray for forgiveness for Pagans, even though they be of kin, after it is clear to them that they are companions of the Fire.”
