Surah Al-Qasas (The Stories), Verse 44

وَمَا كُنْتَ بِجَانِبِ الْغَرْبِیِّ اِذْ قَضَیْنَاۤ اِلٰی مُوْسَی الْاَمْرَ وَمَا كُنْتَ مِنَ الشّٰهِدِیْنَ ۟

Wa maa kunta bijaanibil gharbiyyi iz qadainaaa ilaa Moosal amra wa maa kunta minash shaahideen

“Thou wast not on the Western side when We decreed the Commission to Moses, nor wast thou a witness (of those events).”
